HOW TO MAKE MANGO GRAHAM ICE CANDY
INGREDIENTS:
* GRAHAM CRACKERS 200g
* 1 BIG SLICED MANGO
* 16 CUPS WATER
* 2 CUPS CORNSTARCH + 1 CUP OF WATER
* 4 CUPS SUGAR
* EVAPORATED MILK 370ml
* MANGO CONDENSED MILK 390g
* 1 tbsp. MANGO JUICE POWDER
* 1 & 1/2 X 10 ICE CANDY WRAPPER

HOW TO MAKE MANGO GRAHAM ICE CANDY ?
Procedure: 👇
* Add all ingredients in a cooking pot. Pour water, add sugar, stir well until sugar dissolves.
* Turn On the heat. Cook until boiled. Add the cornstarch mixture. Once boiled turn off the heat.
* Add evaporated milk, mango condensed milk and mango juice powder. Mix well. Let it cool.
* Prepare your ice candy wrapper, funnel, and a ladle.
* Insert the tip of the funnel in cellophane and hold tight.
* Put some graham crackers into 1 & 1/2 x 10 ice candy wrapper.
* Scoop 1/4 cup or 60 ml of mixture.
* Pour mixture into the cellophane leaving at least 2 inches for sealing.
* Twist the cellophane to seal the mixture and knot tightly.
* Repeat the same procedure until all wrapped.
* Freeze ice candy overnight before serving
