 BUKO PANDAN ICE CANDY 😋


"Making the Buko Pandan Ice Candy Recipe is quite easy and economical. The ingredients to be used are accessible and not too expensive."


Ingredients: 👇


* 11 cups of water

* 1 & 3/4 cups sugar

* 1 cup cornstarch

* 1 can evaporated milk ( 370ml )

* 1 can buko pandan condensed milk ( 390g)


* 1 & 1/2 x 10 ice candy wrapper





HOW TO MAKE BUKO PANDAN ICE CANDY ?


Procedure: 👇


* Add all ingredients in a cooking pot. Pour water, add sugar, add cornstarch, stir well until sugar and cornstarch dissolves. 

* Turn On the heat. Cook until boiled. 

* Once boiled remove from the heat. Add evaporated milk, buko pandan condensed milk and let it cool.

* Prepare your ice candy wrapper, funnel, and a ladle.

* Insert the tip of the funnel  in cellophane and hold tight.

* Scoop 1/4 cup or 60 ml of mixture and pour into the cellophane leaving at least 2 inches for sealing.

* Twist the cellophane to seal the mixture and knot tightly.

* Repeat the same procedure until all wrapped.

* Freeze ice candy overnight before serving.
