MANGO ICE CANDY RECIPE


INGREDIENTS:

* 2 CUPS CORNSTARCH + 1 CUP WATER 
* 13 CUPS WATER
* 2 1/2 CUPS SUGAR
* 1 CAN EVAPORATED MILK (370ml)
* 1 CAN MANGO CONDENSED MILK (390g)
* 1 SACHET JUICE POWDER (Mango Flavor)

 * 1  1/2 x 10 Ice Candy wrapper


HOW TO MAKE MANGO ICE CANDY :

* Add all ingredients in a boiling water, stir well until sugar dissolves.

* Prepare your ice candy wrapper, funnel, and a ladle.

* Insert the tip of the funnel  in cellophane and hold tight.

* Pour mixture into the cellophane, leaving at least 2 inches for sealing.


* Twist the cellophane to seal the mixture and knot tightly.

* Repeat the same procedure until all wrapped.

* Freeze ice candy overnight before serving.
